Quint Payroll & Employer Services is an independently owned payroll business in Ojai, California, supporting small businesses since 1992. The business offers payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, and payroll reports with a personal approach. Its older website needed to reflect that same care and make everyday client tasks easier.

What we changed

Clearer services. Easier contact.

We reorganized the homepage around the business’s core services, history, and direct phone and email links. The client selected a warmer design using Ojai Valley and Santa Barbara landscapes.

A simpler website, carefully launched.

We replaced the public WordPress site with a two-page HTML/CSS website on a new hosting plan, repaired and installed HTTPS, and added redirects. During the move, we preserved the existing Google Workspace email DNS records.

Client resources in one place.

We built a dedicated Client Resources page with downloadable onboarding and employee forms, official resource links, and an embedded ShareFile upload form with sender details and a direct ShareFile fallback link.

Reported previous website fee $60/month. New hosting plan $6/month. 90% lower recurring rate; $648 annualized difference.
